Dog's welcomed. NO CATS ALLOWED. There will be an automatic $500 fine and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. This cozy 2-story duplex is centrally located and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only 4 miles from casinos and walking distance to McNeese State University campus. Enjoy modern amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, open concept and comfortable living spaces and privacy that a hotel cannot offer. Parking lot and back yard have outdoor security camera. THE SPACE Come stay in this beautiful, lux property, with all the amenities of home. Lots of extra touches to make you feel pampered. KITCHEN Unlike a hotel room, your kitchen is a full-size residential, fully-stocked kitchen and equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: • 4-burner electric range with 2-rack oven • microwave *air fryer • pots & pans • kitchen utensils (spatulas, knives, serving spoons) • kitchen gadgets (can opener, wine opener, measuring cups) • pizza pan • muffin pan • cake pan • hand-held mixer • 4-slice toaster • rice cooker • colander • mixing bowls • cutting boards • stemware/bar glasses • plates & bowls LIVING ROOM Open-concept floor plan. Living room has a sleeper sofa couch and you have additional bedding in the closet upstairs if someone needs it as a bed. YOUR PET — Pet Policy — You are welcome to bring your dogs on vacation, but they must be approved at the time of booking. The fee is $60, with a maximum of two dogs. (Dogs weighing 30 lbs max) Note: your dog cannot disturb the neighbors. If your dog barks when you leave, you cannot leave the dog alone at the property. We want every guest to have a wonderful experience. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred. If you bring a dog that wasn’t pre-approved and we grant approval, the fee will increase to $50 per day per dog. NO CATS ALLOWED. An automatic $500 fine will be imposed, and you will be required to vacate the property immediately. **Service Animals. Special note on service animals**: If you are bringing a service animal, the service animal cannot be left alone at the property and must be with you at all times. OUTDOOR SPACE Small private back yard space. There are two parking spaces available directly in front of unit. Parking lot and back yard have security camera. BEDROOMS Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with ensuite bathrooms stocked with towels, full-size products, and blow dryer. Each bedroom has a TV with Netflix, streaming channels and WiFi. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have a 5-star experience and a memorable and enjoyable stay. HOUSE RULES are in place to ensure that every guest has a wonderful experience. NO CATS. No motorcycles/trailers/campers. No smoking. Only allowed in back yard. ***This property has 4 individual apartments and are close together. We ask that you be very respectful and considerate. No loud noise or music. No hanging out in parking lot. For any reason. No gatherings or parties. No crawfish/seafood boils on property. The only people allowed at this property are the persons registered for this booking.
