This cozy 2-story duplex is centrally located and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only 4 miles from casinos and walking distance to McNeese State University campus. Enjoy modern amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, open concept and comfortable living spaces and privacy that a hotel cannot offer. Parking lot and back yard have outdoor security camera. THE SPACE Come stay in this beautiful, lux property, with all the amenities of home. Lots of extra touches to make you feel pampered. KITCHEN Enjoy a new kitchen with granite counter-tops and soft-close cabinet doors and drawers. Unlike a hotel room, our kitchen is a full-size residential, fully-stocked kitchen and equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: • 4-burner electric range with 2-rack oven • microwave *air fryer • pots & pans • kitchen utensils (spatulas, knives, serving spoons) • kitchen gadgets (can opener, wine opener, measuring cups) • pizza pan • muffin pan • cake pan • hand-held mixer • 4-slice toaster • rice cooker • colander • mixing bowls • cutting boards • stemware/bar glasses • plates & bowls LIVING ROOM Open-concept floor plan. Living room has a full size sofa (bed) and we have additional bedding in the closet upstairs if you need to sleep additional people. YOUR PET — Pet Policy — You are welcome to bring your dogs on vacation, but they must be approved at the time of booking. The fee is $60, with a maximum of two dogs. (Dogs weighing 30 lbs. max) Note: your dog cannot disturb the neighbors. If your dog barks when you leave, you cannot leave the dog alone at the property. We want every guest to have a wonderful experience. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred. If you bring a dog that wasn’t pre-approved and we grant approval, the fee will increase to $50 per day per dog. NO CATS ALLOWED. An automatic $500 fine will be imposed, and you will be required to vacate the property immediately. **Service Animals. Special note on service animals**: If you are bringing a service animal, the service animal cannot be left alone at the property and must be with you at all times. As per AirBnb guidelines, a service animal must not be: Out of control Un-housebroken Left alone at the listing without prior approval Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s control As per service animal guidelines, if you are bringing a service animal, you must prove the following information: What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform Whether the guest requires their service animal because of a disability What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform Please understand that if a service animal is left unattended, it will be considered a pet, and our standard pet policy, including any applicable fees, will apply. FOR AN EVENING IN Board games, playing cards and puzzles for your enjoyment. LAUNDRY You have a washer and dryer, so packing light is an option. There is laundry soap and stain remover available at property. OUTDOOR SPACE Enjoy the privacy of your own fenced-in backyard. There are two parking spaces available directly in front of unit. Parking lot and backyard have security camera. BEDROOMS Each bedroom has it's own full bath stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, blow dryer, and non-slip tub mat. Each bedroom has it's own TV with Netflix, streaming channels and WiFi. HOUSE RULES are in place to ensure that every guest has a wonderful experience. NO CATS. No motorcycles/trailers/campers. No smoking. Only allowed in back yard. ***This property has 4 individual apartments and are close together. We ask that you be very respectful and considerate. No loud noise or music. No hanging out in parking lot. For any reason. No gatherings or parties. No crawfish/seafood boils on property. The only people allowed at this property are the persons registered for this booking. Please do not burn candles. Only 2 parking spaces available for this property. Your vehicles must be able to fit in your designated spaces. No street parking allowed. TRAVELING WITH FRIENDS? We have 4 identical properties all next door to each other listed here on AirBnB. So if one home is already booked, please check the availability of our other listing.
